Gitugi Tops Kenya & reap big in Bonus
Our farmers become the highest beneficiaries of 2023 Tea Bonus out of the 71 Tea factories under KTDA in Kenya, bringing a significant boost to their earnings. The Chair of Gitugi Tea Board of Directors Muthoni Waithanji attributed the success to cooperation between tea growers and management as well as opening of the new market of Orthodox tea. The farmers receive Ksh. 57.30/- per kg.
